ÑÇɫӰ¿â’s Integrated Core Facilities (ICF) is a centralized facility comprised of shared services, cutting edge scientific equipment, and scientific expertise available to both internal and external collaborators on a fee-for-service basis. The goal of the ICF is to aid in the production of high quality scientific data for use in publication, grant preparation, or other endeavors. The ICF core labs are equipped with state-of-the-art instruments and offer advanced technological services in various research fields.

NEW Equipment in the Integrated Core Facility!Ìý

Theis an innovative desktop, high-resolution micro-CT System.Ìý Nondestructively and quickly scan objects due to advanced imaging detector with reconstructed slice format providing high-contrast images. Objects as large as 75mm in diameter and 80mm in height. Uses µþ°ù³Ü°ì±ð°ù’s 3D.SUITE software for fast reconstruction and includes 2D/3D quantitative analysis for surface rendering visualization.Ìý

Theis a user-friendly light sheet microscope designed for subcellular 3D imaging of large and multiple samples. The new LightSpeed Mode ensures exceptional data quality at unprecedented speeds. A standard sample chamber accommodates multiple rodent organs/organoids, while the XXL upgrade expands capacity for human kidney or whole adult mouse models. MACS iQ View-3D Large Volume, a software package for image processing, maximizes the potential of your data.
