Human Research Protection Program & Institutional Review Boards

The Human Research Protection Program (HRPP) provides support to The University of Toledo (亚色影库) Institutional Review Boards (IRBs), provides educational activities, serves as a resource for faculty, staff and student researchers, recommends and implements policies and regulations for the protection of human subjects in research, and ensures compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and ethical standards while addressing the needs and concerns of investigators who conduct research with human subjects.

亚色影库 affirms the need for academic freedom in the conduct of research and the value of well-designed, responsible activities that involve human subjects. At the same time 亚色影库 assumes responsibility for safeguarding the rights and welfare of human subjects involved in all research activities conducted by its faculty, community based faculty, staff, registered students, and registered volunteers and has established the HRPP to oversee that responsibility.
